Home Churches
Twenty-five new home churches planted every month, meeting in homes and courtyards across the villages.
See the work
Nine works, one field: freedom from the kilns, clean water, the Word of God, children's clubs and home churches across the Punjab and Sindh.
None of this is expensive. What it costs is somebody going back to the same villages, week after week, with Bibles, filters and time.

Whatsoever thy hand findeth to do,do it with thy might
Ecclesiastes 9:10 · King James VersionThere is no church building in most of these villages. So the church meets where the people already are: in homes, courtyards and simple rooms, with the Bible open and believers gathered together.
Twenty-five new home churches are planted every month across the Faisalabad district, the areas around Lahore and into Sindh, and the ones planted before them keep meeting. Pastors, disciples and ten motorcycle evangelists travel out to lead, teach and encourage them.

The Jesus Film tells the life of Christ from beginning to end in Urdu and Punjabi. For many people in these villages, it is the first time they have heard the whole story.
Our pastor teams set up a screen, a projector and a speaker in the village, and the Jesus Film is shown in the evening for everyone who wants to come and watch.

A Bible in the home helps a family grow in faith every day of the week. For many of these families it is the first Bible they have ever owned.
We give Bibles and New Testaments in Urdu at home church gatherings, after Jesus Film screenings, and in the villages where our pastors serve. Fourteen thousand Scriptures have been handed out so far, twelve thousand of them copies of the Gospel of John.

The families trapped at the brick kilns drink whatever water there is. Until we can rescue them, we make sure the water they drink is safe, and we put a Holy Bible in their hands with it.
We provide water filters to the families trapped at Pakistan's brick kilns, so that they can drink safe, healthy water until we are able to rescue them. At most kilns there is no clean water at all. People drink what they can find, and the children get sick from it.

Many of these women worked as maids in other people's houses, with no dignity and no way forward. Our sewing centres give them a skill, teach them how to run a business, and help them earn with dignity for their families.
Gospel OnFire supports the Joyful Hands Sewing Center, and we also run Adelaide's Sewing Academy. At Adelaide's, a new class of girls graduates every two months.

At Pakistan's brick kilns, whole families are held in debt slavery that has lasted for generations. They owe a debt they can never repay, and they work for wages they barely ever see. We buy these families out and set them free.
More than three million people are held in debt slavery in Pakistan, at over ten thousand brick kilns. Many of these families have been at the same kiln for generations. They carry a debt that their forefathers took from the kiln owner, and it can never be repaid.

Coming to Christ is the beginning. Every new believer is connected with a pastor or disciple and a home church, so they can grow in faith.
In July 2026, three hundred and forty-two people gave their lives to Christ through film screenings, home church meetings and the visits of our pastors and disciples. Between January and July of that year the field reports record two thousand three hundred and twenty-seven.

A children's club runs for two hours in the village. The children are taught to read, they learn Scripture by heart, they sing, and they take all of it home to their families.
Our children's clubs run for two hours at a time in the villages. The children sing, learn verses by heart, join in games and activities, and are taught their letters.

Youth rallies bring young people from the villages together in one place, to worship, to hear the Gospel preached, and to be taught from the Bible.
A youth rally brings the young people of several villages together for an evening of worship, preaching and teaching. For many of them it is the first time they have been in a large gathering of other young believers.

We give a family clean water and a Holy Bible on the same visit, because both of them are needed.how the nine works fit together
